The Jesus and Justice Young Adult Advocacy Conference, organized by the PC(USA) Office of Public Witness, is set to take place in Lansing, Michigan, from September 26-28. This transformative event will be hosted at First Presbyterian Church in Lansing, with local arrangements coordinated by UKirk at Michigan State, First Presbyterian Church of Lansing, Rev. Jimmie Hawkins, and Ivy Lopedito.

Building on the success of past conferences in Louisville, KY (2023) and Charlotte, NC (2024), this gathering will continue its mission of advocacy and leadership training for college students, seminarians, and young adults. Participants can expect an engaging lineup of worship services, workshops, panel discussions, and keynote presentations, all designed to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to advocate for justice through faith.

With youth activism on the rise globally, this conference provides a valuable opportunity for networking, learning, and mobilization in pursuit of justice. More details will be shared soon, with PC(USA) communications preparing promotional materials to spread the word.

For those passionate about faith-based advocacy, this event is not to be missed! Stay tuned for more updates and mark your calendars for September 26-28 in Lansing.
