OR

Download a .pdf file here and fill it out. Save a copy of the completed form then email it as an attachment to office@lakemichiganpresbytery.org

Those congregations being served by an interim pastor, a contracted supply pastor or a Commissioned Ruling Elder (CRE) are asked to send a copy of the approved contract to the email address listed above.

The compiled Terms of Call information is scheduled for presentation to the presbytery during the June 8, 2021 Stated Meeting.

SEEKING: Feedback about worship resources the Synod might provide

Leaders with the Synod of the Covenant want to help congregational leaders proclaim the Gospel and minister to community members during these difficult, changing times of the pandemic.

To that end, the Synod is conducting a brief survey to determine whether the virtual Advent worship series has been helpful and if a similar set of services should be provided for Lent. Click below to complete the survey by Friday, January 8, 2021.

Please note that this survey is being conducted by the Synod of the Covenant, and its leaders want to consider feedback from all congregations in the member presbyteries while making plans.
