Complete survey to help PLM resource congregations more effectively

Just a quick reminder for congregational leaders to complete an online survey to help the Presbytery of Lake Michigan gather basic information about how leaders and staff can support your work during these changing times.

Information about how to complete the survey was sent via email last week to all pastors and Sessions of Clerk. We ask that you complete the survey by Wednesday, May 13, so the information can be compiled and shared with presbytery leaders. If you did not receive the email or cannot locate it, please drop a note to office@lakemichiganpresbytery.org.

Register for May 18 clerks check-in and training

It’s that time of the year when Clerks of Session usually gather in clusters to do minute reviews but, due to limits on how many people can gather and social distancing, the clerks will meet via Zoom from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Monday, May 18.  During the session, the presbytery’s Stated Clerk, the Rev. Fran Lane-Lawrence, will check in with Clerks, answer questions and do a little training.

All clerks should have received an email last week inviting them to register for the session. Those who use the link will receive a second email later this week with a link to join the meeting. Please drop a note to office@lakemichiganpresbytery.org if you have registration questions.
