Conflict is an inevitable part of life whether in the home, school, community, church or workplace. Having the skills to function effectively in emotionally intense, conflicted situations is important for all of us, especially leaders. Developing these skills is the focus of the Mediation Skills Training Institute for Church Leaders being offered by the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center during three programs later this year.
The institute is offering a $200 per session discount for most sessions of the MSTI being offered later this year. Sessions are scheduled:
- August 3-7 in Glen Ellyn, IL (western suburbs of Chicago)
- August 31-September 4 at Fort Mill, SC (near Charlotte, NC)
- October 5-9 in Mequon, WI (near Milwaukee)
- November 16-20 in Phoenix, AZ
