The Presbytery of Lake Michigan is delighted to welcome Kristin Stroble to the staff as the new Commission on Ministry (COM) Support. Kristin began her role on January 2, 2025 and will be working approximately 10 hours a week.
In this position, she will play a key role in supporting the work of the Commission on Ministry by:
- Strengthening relationships between the Presbytery and its congregations,
- Assisting with the approval of ministerial calls and covenants,
- Supporting processes for dissolving pastoral relationships and dismissing ministers to other Presbyteries, and
- Examining and receiving new ministers into the Presbytery.
