Both ruling elders and teaching elders are being sought by the Nominating & Representation Committee to serve on various Presbytery of Lake Michigan groups.
Committee members are especially seeking applicants to join the Commission on Ministry, the Budget & Finance Committee and the Commission on the Preparation for Ministry.
“We are asking Sessions for assistance in identifying and attracting the gifts of ruling elders and teaching elders to serve the connectional church,” says the Rev. Amber Nettleton, who moderates the Nominating & Representation Committee.
