Could you use office supplies? A microwave or coffee cart? Magazine rack? Coat stand? The Synod of the Covenant has desks, chairs, bookcases, supply cabinets and office supplies – all available for free – as the Synod moves its offices and downsizes.
All items must be picked up between 6 and 8 p.m. Thursday, October 1 OR Saturday, October 3 from noon to 2 p.m. All the items are in the current Synod office at 6450 Weatherfield Court, Suite 1A in Maumee, Ohio. Recipients are responsible for loading the furniture and supplies into their vehicles, and bringing their own boxes and bags to hold smaller items.

The Synod is moving from the office complex to the Kirk in the Hills in Bloomfield Hills. The move will allow the Synod to reallocate more than $300,000 from rent and associated expenses to other ministries. What’s more, the Kirk in the Hills will donate the rent it receives from the Synod to one of their mission partners.Questions may be directed to Rev.
