First Presbyterian Church in Decatur seeks prayers for:

• Discernment as we dive into the Vital Congregations Initiative, that through this process we will gain clarity of who God has called us to be here in Decatur and that we may find a clear path forward.
• The launching of our new website, that this tool will be utilized by our members and the community to stay in relationship with us.
• Our congregation, that we may grow together in the unity of Christ and continue to care for one another through all of life’s challenges.
• Our Session members, as they begin to read their FIRST book together – “Sailboard Church” by Joan S. Gray.
