The First Presbyterian Church of Cadillac is collaborating with the Salvation Army to host a Street Retreat this November in Cadillac. The retreat will take place November 6 – 8 and is open to anyone 18 and older, with a limit of 12 participants. Registration is required.
What is a street retreat? It’s a 48-hour experience designed to help participants step outside their daily routines and explore the reality of homelessness. The retreat encourages mindfulness, empathy, and breaking down personal barriers by living in the moment and witnessing the world directly around us. This immersive experience aims to deepen understanding and compassion for those facing homelessness. For more details, please refer to the attached flier.
