Forms are now available to report the 2023 Terms of Call for pastors within the Presbytery of Lake Michigan.
Each congregation is required to annually submit information about the compensation package provided to the teaching elder(s) or commissioned ruling elder (CRE) called to serve their church in an installed, interim or contracted role.
The 2023 report details should be submitted by Monday, April 10, 2023.
The form for reporting terms of call for installed pastors may be found on the “Annual Reporting” tab of the Presbytery Documents page of the presbytery’s website. Any information submitted via the online form will automatically generate an email to the provided address with a .pdf document that contains a summary of the provided information.
Compensation package information for a teaching elder serving as an interim pastor or doing contract supply work OR a CRE may be reported by using the same online form or by sending a fully signed copy of the current contract between the teaching elder and the congregation to office@lakemichiganpresbygtery.org.
All the submitted Terms of Call information will be compiled into a report scheduled for presentation to the presbytery during its June 13, 2023 Stated Meeting.
