Registration is now open for Stewardship Kaleidoscope scheduled from September 26-28, 2022 with the in-person portion of this year’s hybrid conference being held in Savannah, Georgia.

“Conference participants can count on Stewardship Kaleidoscope to provide ‘real tools for real ministry’ to help participants explore stewardship in its many colorful dimensions,” said Maggie A. F. Harmon, ministry relations officer for the Presbyterian Foundation and co-chair of the 10-member conference planning team.

The annual conference is designed to ignite generosity in faith-based communities, give practical tools to cultivate generosity, expand the leadership skills of those who lead stewardship initiatives, and cultivate adaptive approaches for funding Christ’s mission draws leaders from across the Presbyterian Church (USA), the Evangelical Lutheran Church in American and other partners.

Featured speakers this year include

  • A.J. Jacobs, an author, journalist, lecturer and human guinea pig. His work includes “The Know-It-All: One Man’s Humble Quest to Become the Smartest Person in the World” and “The Year of Living Biblically: One Man’s Humble Quest to Follow the Bible as Literally as Possible.”
  • Rev. Dawn Hyde, head pastor at Downtown Church, a PC(USA) congregation celebrating 10 years of worship in Columbia, South Carolina.
  • Dr. Michael Bos, a pastor, author, interfaith proponent, family guy and adventure seeker. He has written two books with co-author, Dr. William Sachs, “A Church Beyond Belief: The Search for Belonging and the Religious Future” and “Fragmented Lives: Finding Faith in an Age of Uncertainty.”
  • Rev. Kathryn Johnston, a teaching elder currently serving as senior pastor/head of staff at Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
