Youth Camp Scholarships Now Available for 2021
Children and youth within the Presbytery of Lake Michigan may get camp scholarship funds from a special program offered through the First Presbyterian Church of Grand Haven.
The program was established several years ago by a donor who wants to provide financial assistance to any children or youth who desire to attend a Christian summer camp. This year, the scholarships are available to any children and youth in any presbytery in Michigan. Qualification is not based on income.
Families are expected to pay, at a minimum, the camp registration fee then return a completed Youth Camp Program scholarship application with proof of registration that shows the balance due. Applications are due by March 31, 2021. The scholarship program will pay the remaining portion of the camp fee of up to $500 per camper directly to the camp. No reimbursements will be made. A copy of an introductory letter for the program and the application form are attached.
