Prayer Requests

  • The daily devotions and weekly worship services being posted on YouTube and Facebook. Please pray that God’s word is shared even as our sanctuary remains closed.
  • The virtual coffee hour held after Sunday worship. Please pray that we can use this tool to stay connected with our friends.
  • Our monthly “stay-in-touch” newsletter. Please pray that our members and friends will let each other know what is new in their lives as we distribute this communication using safe methods.

We offer thanksgivings as the Presbyterian Center for Children daycare at the church is doing well. Excitement is high as our playground was just finished with generous support from our congregation and our families!

We strive to be a loving, joyful fellowship for the worship of God.
As a Christ-Centered congregation, providing a beacon of Christian Ministry for mind, body, and spirit, we are committed to spiritual growth, social justice and the promotion of grace and peace in our community
and all of God’s creation…

We stand against racism.
From our Christian perspective, all humans are made in God’s image, and as Children of God we cannot deny our inalienable, worth, dignity, and sanctity to anyone.

Each week, the Presbytery of Lake Michigan lifts up one of our faith communities in prayer as part of our mission in Christ. Please share information about this community and their prayer petitions in your church so we can help bring each other closer to God.

Congregations and ministries within the presbytery are invited on a rotating basis to submit information for the Prayers for Churches profile. Thank you for providing information for these special communications.
