Earlier this year, the Presbytery of Lake Michigan added MissionInsite to the available resources. The Mission Insite platform is a software program that utilizes demographic data to help churches better understand the communities they serve.
Each congregation received a folder of community reports containing demographic and community insights that can support ministry planning, outreach, and engagement efforts. Reports were based on a standard radius around each church.
In addition to these reports, every church in the presbytery now has access to the full MissionInsite platform. If you’d like to explore the data more deeply, we encourage you to attend the upcoming training webinar led by MissionInsite Strategist Emily Reece. This webinar will teach you how to refine boundaries, how to make community profiles, and how to leverage the data to reach out through service and evangelism.
