The PC(USA) Office of Faithful Innovation has developed a collection of resources to help congregations think creatively about how church property can support ministry and mission.

These tools  include the Good Futures Accelerator, an interactive tool designed to guide churches in exploring possibilities for social enterprise, as well as a practical “How To” collection covering topics such as partnerships, property development, rentals, and tax considerations.

Also included are inventories highlighting how Presbyterian Church (USA) congregations and presbyteries are already using their property in innovative and community-focused ways, including affordable housing and social enterprise initiatives.

These resources are intended to help congregations align their physical assets with their ministry goals in thoughtful and sustainable ways.
