The financial health of a congregation is a vital component of sustaining and growing its ministry. However, many pastoral leaders face challenges in navigating church finances while also fulfilling their spiritual and leadership responsibilities. Recognizing this need, the Presbyterian Foundation has established the Church Financial Leadership Coaching Program, a free, 12-month coaching opportunity designed to equip pastors with the tools and knowledge necessary to strengthen church finances, stewardship, and mission.
This initiative is made possible through a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment Inc. to help pastoral leaders with their professional financial challenges.
