The Presbyterian Foundation has received a grant from the Lilly Endowment Inc. to support pastoral leaders in managing their professional financial challenges. The Foundation emphasizes the importance of equipping pastoral leaders and their congregations with knowledge and skills in church financial literacy, leadership, and management to foster vibrant and excellent ministry.
To address these needs, the Foundation is creating a national coaching network. The aim of this coaching program is to develop pastoral leaders with a strong foundation in church financial literacy and effective leadership and management skills.
