Two pastors from the Presbytery of Lake Michigan shared their thoughts recently with mLIVE reporter Julie Mack as she wrote “When congregations can’t congregate: Pandemic forces Michiganders to rethink church.”

The piece, published March 28, 2021 online, features the Rev. Dr. Seth Weeldreyer of First Presbyterian Church of Kalamazoo and the Rev. Karen Kelley of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Jackson reflecting about what the pandemic conditions mean for worship and ministry activities now and moving forward. (The article also includes some photos of the Rev. Chrissy Westbury, associate pastor at Kalamazoo – First.)

Although the article was published as an mLIVE subscriber exclusive, the presbytery received written permission to share the article with our members in the attached file.
