The process for Session clerks to review 2020 Minutes Books looks a little different this year as we continue moving through pandemic conditions.

The review process this year involves three parts.

Step 1
Each clerk needs to prepare a 2020 Congregational Minutes Book Review Checklist. Click on the links below to find a copy of this form in both Word and PDF format.

Step 2
Each clerk is asked to provide a copy of their minutes and completed checklist – in either printer or digital format – for another clerk to review. Clerks are asked to exchange minutes with another clerk as assigned by the Stated Clerk.

Step 3
Clerks will gather by cluster with the Stated Clerk via Zoom to complete the review process. The Zoom meetings are scheduled for 10 a.m. on April 17, April 24 and May 1 with a makeup session at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 18.
