The Presbyterian Planning Calendar is calling for photo submissions to showcase how congregations, worshiping communities, mid councils, camps, conference centers, and education centers are embodying the Matthew 25 Invitation. The deadline for photo submissions for the 2024–25 edition is Feb. 14, 2024.
They seek images featuring church members and friends involved in activities such as worship, mission service, creativity, and the arts, as well as direct outreach. The preferred format for photos is “landscape,” meaning they should be wider than tall. High-resolution photographs with a minimum resolution of 2000 x 1500 pixels (no smaller than 1 MB) are requested for optimal printing. Staged photos of groups and images of people at conference or dining tables are discouraged. Each submission should include a caption and photo credit. If children are depicted, compliance with the safe church policy regarding photo use and distribution is essential.
