The Interim Unified Agency (IUA)—formerly the Presbyterian Mission Agency and Office of the General Assembly—has announced a significant transition in its global mission work. As the service of mission co-workers concludes in 2025, the IUA extends deep gratitude for their many years of faithful service, ministry, and partnership in Christ’s work around the world. Their contributions, in collaboration with global partners, have made a lasting impact.
This change marks the conclusion of the World Mission ministry area in its current form. In its place, a new initiative called Global Ecumenical Partnerships is being launched to continue the church’s global engagement in a new and evolving way.
