Cincinnati Presbytery is set to host an inspiring event this August that promises to forge new paths in church community building. Sponsored by 1001 New Worshiping Communities, the conference titled “Inspire: The Moment Is Now” will take place from August 22-24, 2024, at the Presbyterian Church of Wyoming in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The conference theme, “Building a Vibrant Future with Immigrant and Established Churches,” highlights its inclusive nature. It aims to unite leaders from immigrant communities with established church members who are keen to learn from and bolster these dynamic new worshiping communities. The event will center on three main takeaways:
- Celebrating the creativity, resilience, and dedication of new immigrant churches.
- Sharing effective strategies for fostering mutually beneficial relationships between immigrant new worshiping communities and established churches.
- Inspiring a renewed, collective sense of hope and purpose for a vibrant future in the church.
