The First Presbyterian Church of Paw Paw has been awarded a Matthew 25 Grant for their mission project, Mi Casa – Su Casa, aimed at supporting seasonal migrant workers in their community. The project focuses on three key areas: strengthening congregational vitality, combating structural racism, and addressing systemic poverty.

They plan to collaborate with local fruit growers to improve living conditions for migrant families, providing essential items and creating a welcoming environment. Through this initiative, the church hopes to fulfill the biblical mandate of caring for those in need, as outlined in Matthew 25.

They encourage participation and support from the community to make a meaningful impact on the lives of migrant workers. They are seeking donations for items like dishes, linens, and cleaning supplies.
