We, on the local level, have a chance to help the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) better meet the needs we face on a day-to-day basis by simply completing the 2018 Clerks Annual Questionnaire and providing some information. And, per the PCUSA Book of Order, G-3.0104, it is the responsibility of each clerk to provide information to higher councils when requested.

The design of this web survey will allow you to skip questions that do not apply to your congregation. It will also permit you to print a paper copy of the survey first, if you would like to sketch out responses, by yourself or with a team of congregational staff and other leaders, before typing in the responses on the web survey.
