1. the courage to open our hearts and minds to the new ways that God is being revealed to us, and the new opportunities before us, as these new paths also call for some change in how we’ve been doing church here for a while.
2. light in this season of Advent, especially in a congregation where so many have compassionate hearts for the woes and needs of the world.
First Pres Paw Paw is still riding the waves of gratitude following our 175th Anniversary Celebration. We are especially excited to be participating in the ministry of United Christian Services, a new non-profit organization in our community that brings together churches and social service agencies to support and transform the lives of those affected by poverty.
