Chancel furniture available. Items include: Chancel table, lectern and Baptismal Fount. They are wood with a natural oak finish, and are in great shape. We would love to see them go to a church in need of these items. There would be no cost except the expense to pick them up. There are pictures available and additional information can be obtained by contacting Tim Bullerdick at 616-846-5888 (cell 616-402-8793) or tpbullerdick@hotmail.com. Items can be viewed at First Presbyterian Church, 508 Franklin, Grand Haven, MI 49417.

Fully furnished house available to Missionary, pulpit supply, intern or stated supply for two years in the Ingham County area. The only requirement would be to pay the utilities (currently budget plan of $200 per month which includes appliance repair and $100 in water/sewer every quarter) and to keep up the grounds year round (weeding and snow shoveling).  The mortgage and homeowners insurance would be covered by owner.  The home is not a rental but a private home.  The owner needs to be gone for two years for business and does not want to leave the home empty.  It is a 100 year old home, great school system and wonderful neighborhood.  No fencing or garage.  All appliances provided.  Personal items of the owner will be left in the home.  Please contact Deb at 517-285-1918 for information and interview.
